Please note:

Of course you'll find hotels/accommodation in Wilhelmsburg, the district where the sports halls are located. But we are purposely recommending hotels in more central districts, for two reasons: because you'll be closer to the registration venue and the party, and because there are many more bars, restaurants and interesting stores than in Wilhelmsburg.
It's not that far to the sports halls, either (Altona - Wilhelmburg, 22 minutes; Central Station - Wilhelmburg, 8 minutes), but if you want to go out and have fun in the evening, you're better off north of the Elbe river!
